Welcome. Corter Leather is a super-small, one man operation. Every product is 100% hand made by maker Eric Heins in a small apartment studio in Boston, Massachusetts. Each piece is designed in house, cut by memory, hand punched, and hand sewn. Templates are never made, so no two pieces perfectly alike.

Custom Orders Due to overwhelming demand of stock items, Corter Leather is not able to take custom orders as of 5.20.2011.

Day 48

Day 48 is a premium belt! I decided on doing a premium belt for today because I'm feeling a bit under the weather, and didn't take the tools out today. I get a lot of emails asking me what the difference is between the utility and premium selections, so I figured why not offer up a premium belt for roughly the utility price. The premium belt is made from 17oz leather, and it's about 1/4" thick! The edges are rounded, waxed, and smoothed, making this a belt you can literally wear for the rest of your life and still hand down to your grandkids. The picture is a comparison between the normal utility belt thickness, so you can see the difference.

Edit due to some confusion: Premium belts are still $75. This was a one day offer for my 100 day project, which you can read about here: /the-100-day-project/

Please Include your size in the notes section, as the belt will be custom fit to the purchaser. Available in the store for $48 now.

Are you still offering this belt? It would make a great Father's Day gift for my husband.

What would be the price and how long would it take?
