Welcome. Corter Leather is a super-small, one man operation. Every product is 100% hand made by maker Eric Heins in a small apartment studio in Boston, Massachusetts. Each piece is designed in house, cut by memory, hand punched, and hand sewn. Templates are never made, so no two pieces perfectly alike.

Custom Orders Due to overwhelming demand of stock items, Corter Leather is not able to take custom orders as of 5.20.2011.

For available stock, please visit the shop.

Long Wallets

Custom long wallets from the last month.

I haven't written in a while (long and busy holiday season which I'm almost done getting caught up with!), so I figured I'd take the time to get this up to date. 2010 was a really great year for Corter Leather, and I can't thank everyone enough for the support- the orders, the emails, the pictures of worn and loved product that I love so much, and of course the lovely blogging (mentions, articles, interviews, etc!). It really means the world, and proves that small independent artisans and craftsmen can still do what they love to do.

2011 is shaping up to be an even better year. My goal has always been simple- quality handmade stuff at a fair price. I'll be cleaning up the offerings in the spring, adjusting the lineup a bit to fill some voids, and adding a new things just in time for the summer months. I'm still always accepting custom orders, and a few fun new projects are in the works as well. I hope everyone's holiday was wonderful!
